About our cabinets
Made in Denver, Colorado
Every kabi cabinet is made to order in our award-winning factory, which is conveniently located adjacent to our showroom. Just 15 minutes east of downtown Denver and next to the Stapleton neighborhood, the kabi showroom and factory are open for appointments during business hours Monday through Friday. Most projects can be fulfilled in three weeks or less, depending upon material availability. Our manufacturing systems are flexible and fast, so no job is too small or too large.
Our cabinets are made with premium materials and hardware, just like you’d find in cabinets imported from Germany and Italy. But because we manufacture our cabinets here in Colorado, kabi offers more flexibility, faster delivery, less shipping cost, and the satisfaction of supporting local business.

k1: premium
Our Premium level features a fabulous assortment of prefinished veneer panels, real wood veneer laminates, and acrylics. It also includes a special Premium drawer; 3mm shelf holes, blind shelf adjustment, and distinctive interior finish choices.
Prefinished Veneer Panels
Available in 16 options these panels have the look and feel of real wood and color consistency of solid wood panels. These preselected, prefinished European made panels are cut to size for individual cabinets.

Real Wood Veneer Laminates
This engineered wood product is commonly fabricated from certified woods grown in well-managed forests in Europe. With more than 60 options these wood veneer laminates replicate the look, feel and warmth of more exotic and sometimes endangered woods, without having to harvest those tree species. Additionally, the repeatability of color and pattern of engineered woods lends itself to consistency now and in the future.

Acrylics
Offered in 9 colors our acrylic line is composed of actual acrylic materials with the most scratch resistant surface available. In addition acrylics feature impeccable surface consistency and color richness that enhances both depth and clarity.
Solid 18 mm thick acrylic panels are also available for projects that require extra special elegance.

k2: elite
The Elite level is a hand-picked line consisting of laminates that we stock in house, which enables us to offer shorter lead times and a special price point. Laminates provide a wide selection of designs with better durability, easier maintenance and lower cost than hardwoods. Laminates are produced from rapidly renewable resources with minimal waste.
Clients are also free to chose from any of the other domestic and imported laminates we carry for the design flavor they require but this may result in slightly increased lead times and, depending on the selection, an increase in price point. Similarly other custom items like cabinets with glass doors will add to lead times.
k3: select
Our Select line consists of high definition laminates and registered grain finishes, and includes a wide array of offerings that are both good looking and budget-conscious.
High Definition
High definition laminates offered at this level have a surface texture that adds a natural tactile feel to wood grain laminates. Designed with cost savings in mind, hi definition surfaces are beautiful and durable. For those seeking a more transitional or traditional look the High Definition laminate is the only kabi offering available in a five panel, Shaker style door.
